Dear Partners and Friends:

TOPIC: YOUR ASSIGNMENT AS AN AMBASSADOR OF CHRIST

I am yet to meet a fellow believer who never affirms when asked, that he or she is an ambassador of Christ.  However,
99.9% of Christ's Ambassadors don't seem to have a clue as to what they are supposed to do and as a result, they end up
doing nothing.
Webster's Dictionary defines an ambassador as the highest diplomatic representative from one country
to another.  As a kingdom ambassador you are a citizen of heaven and Christ highest diplomatic representative to the
earth.

Every ambassador has a
commission.  Those of us from the British Commonwealth knows that ambassadors in the
Commonwealth are called High commissioners, and Embassies are called High Commissions.  I submit to you fellow
ambassadors of Christ that you have been commissioned to a great task,
'AS MY FATHER SENT
(COMMISSIONED) ME EVEN SO SEND (COMMISSION) I YOU'  (JOHN 20:21).

But what exactly have we been commissioned to do?:
  1. To preach the gospel
  2. To teach and disciple nations
  3. To heal the sick
  4. To administer deliverance

"
THE WORKS THAT I DO SHALL YE DO ALSO - AS MY FATHER HATH SENT ME EVEN SO SENT I YOU.'

We see therefore, that every kingdom ambassador has been assigned four areas of ministry;
  1. Preaching
  2. Teaching
  3. Healing
  4. Deliverance.

In addition to your ambassadorial assignment, you have special assignments to do for Him.  For example, Phillip was
sent on a special assignment to Gaza to minister to the Ethiopian official, which was a one time special assignment.  Also
recall how Ananias was sent on a special mission to minister to Paul.
"AS MANY AS ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF
GOD, THEY ARE THE SONS OF GOD'.

Finally, EVERY Kingdom ambassadors has at least one SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENT, as it is written" HE GAVE SOME
APOSTLES, SOME PROPHETS, SOME EVANGELISTS AND SOME PASTORS AND TEACHERS'. (Eph.4:
11)

Dear Partners and Friends:

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Happy New Year!  This year promises to be one of the most exciting
ever.  On February 18th 2003 Dr. Kenneth Hagin got a prophecy about 2006 - it says, "Just at the beginning of the
year!  And it will grow in intensity - - it will be a glorious year.  It will be a year of heaven on earth!  But the end will
even be more glorious than the beginning."

In the light of this word, just how do we prepare for all that God has plan, purpose, and ordain for you for 2006 and
beyond?  I would suggest the following:

  1. A time of prayer and fasting.  Daniel said, "He understood by books the number of the years, where of the
word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the Prophet that he would accomplish 70yrs.  in the desolation of
Jerusalem, "And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplication with fasting" (Daniel 9:2-
3). God wants us to pray His will into manifestation Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

2.  Preparation - Every time God is getting ready to bless His people He calls for them to prepare themselves.
(Isaiah 54:2-3) " Enlarge the place of they tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations:
   spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes: For thou shalt break forth on the right on the left;
and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited".  Why? Because
(Miracles) are coming on the right and on the left.

Preparation also involves acquiring stuff, for example if you are believing God for your car this year make
sure you have your permit up to date.  Similarly if you are believing God to go on a trip get your passport
ready.  If you want a better job make sure you acquire the skills for a better job.

3.  Remain in an environment of faith.

This year more than ever we should take God's invitation seriously.  I am talking about His invitation in (Jeremiah 33:3)
"
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not".

My role as one of your mentors is to keep you focused and motivated - that through faith and patience you will inherit
the promises.

Looking forward to hearing from you until then, God bless you always.

"Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8)".  "But without faith
it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God
Must believe that He is, and the He is a rewarder of
them that
diligently seek Him."
